We don’t use nuts in our products, or have any nuts in our bakery. However,some of our ingredients may have come from facilities that also process nuts. Feel free to contact us with any concerns you might have about particular products.
About our Company
Mary Tantillo, owner of Dolci di Maria (Dol-chee-dee-Maria), began creating gluten and dairy-free desserts for her two young children with food allergies and sensitivities. Her desserts were so delicious, that she was urged by friends to start selling them. Dolci di Maria has been providing decadent Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free desserts since 2008.
Dolci means “sweets” in Italian. Mary was inspired by her Italian background to create fine gluten and dairy-free desserts that are perfectly balanced in texture and taste. Everything is freshly baked with natural and organic ingredients and many are vegan. Prepared in a dedicated gluten-free facility in beautiful Black Mountain, NC.
